In the case of my novel – “The Reluctant Manager”- everyone at Spiffing, from editor to cover and website designer, advisers, admin. personnel etc., did a wonderful job and I was delighted with the final result. They also gave me invaluable tips on how to promote my book and guided me through the alien territory of online marketing, and throughout the whole process I always felt that they were there when I needed to discuss anything with them.
